Mike Cook

Mike is a business focused program / project manager with over 30 years experience in a variety of industries and roles. He has expertise in the following areas:

  • Management of large, mission critical business projects

  • Business readiness assessment and implementation planning

  • Change management, communication and stakeholder management strategies

  • Information systems strategy and planning

  • Cutover, transition and sustainment planning for information systems projects

  • Business risk management and mitigation

  • Business intelligence and KPI development

  • Business case development and investment planning

Mike ensures the smooth implementation of key change programs involving information systems, business processes, best practices and roles & responsibilities. He has the ability to operate at strategy, design or implementation level.

Alex Cook

Alexandra Cook has over 20 years experience in supporting organizations to automate business processes, deliver decision support solutions and help them become more efficient.

This includes:

  • Implementing cost controlling and management information systems

  • Managing the implementation of several Finance systems including GL, PO and AP

  • Implementing a workflow system to support Procure to Pay solutions

  • Managing and supporting regulatory reporting systems

  • Project and team management

For the last 15 years, Alexandra has been Director of Operations at iS Solutions Ltd, a management consultancy that provides training, communication, change management and project management services.
